DB-31_2_10 Slides, glass negatives and transparencies

This sub-series of glass negatives and transparencies were described as 'numbered photographs' by the filing system of Bilston Steelworks, since they were all given a unique number as part of the system. The original order of the negatives as they were sent from the British Steel Records Centre has not been changed, and they contain a miscellaneous assortment of photographs including: accidents at Bilston Steelworks; events such as Staff Dinners; sporting events, e.g. cricket matches between Bilston and Corby Works; and views of interiors of the blast furnaces and mills at Bilston.
